Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and the people who operate SeedreamAI.org at seedreamai.org ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them along with our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please stop using the site.

Who we are

SeedreamAI.org is an independent website that gives you access to the Seedream image models through our own interface. We are not ByteDance or its Seed team, and they do not run, sponsor or endorse this site. Seedream is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to say which models the site runs.

What the site does

You write a prompt, optionally add reference images, choose an aspect ratio and resolution, and a Seedream model draws a new image. A machine makes the result: it may not match your description exactly and can contain errors such as garbled text, extra fingers or warped objects. Check every image before you use it.

Free use

Each visitor may create one image at no cost and without an account. The allowance is per person, not per browser: we count it by network and device, and using extra devices, browsers, VPNs or scripts to get more is not permitted. We may change or suspend the free allowance whenever we need to.

Prompts and reference images

• Upload a person's photo only if it is you or they have given permission.
• Nothing showing anyone under 18.
• No nudity, sexual content, violence, hate, or anything illegal where you or we are located.
• Don't ask for images that copy someone else's artwork, logo or brand in a way that infringes their rights.

Everything you upload remains yours. You let us store it, process it and pass it to our AI providers solely to produce the images you request, until it is deleted as the Privacy Policy describes.

The images you create

From our side, the images belong to you: use them for personal or commercial purposes, as long as the use is lawful. We don't claim ownership. Keep in mind that some countries don't grant copyright to purely AI-generated images, and that another person may get a similar image from a similar prompt.

Don't use the images to impersonate anyone, to forge identity documents, to pass them off as official ByteDance or Seedream material, or to mislead or harass people.

Prohibited conduct

• Breaking the law or infringing anyone's rights through the site.
• Working around the free allowance or rate limits.
• Scraping or overloading the site, testing it for vulnerabilities, or trying to access data that isn't yours.
• Reselling the service or building a product on top of it without our written consent.

Our content

The site's design, text, logo and example images are ours. Ask before copying them.

Changes, suspension and termination

We may change, pause or shut down any part of the site. If you breach these terms, we can block your access without warning.

No warranty

The site comes "as is" and "as available". We make no promise that it will always be online, error-free or right for your purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, data or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Nothing here takes away rights that your local law grants you and that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

When we update these terms, the date at the top of the page is updated too. If you keep using the site afterwards, you accept the new version.
